ACCESS PANEL ADJUSTMENT
XP Model Adjust lock pin no3 of access panel as per following specifications:
RIDING PLATE
Removal
All Models Except some GTX Remove inlet grateRemove jet pumpRefer to JET PUMPRemove the speed sensor from the riding plate (if applicable)Loosen riding plate screwsNOTE: An impact screwdriver should be used to loosen tight screwsUsing low height hydraulic bottle jack and steel plates, pry out riding plateF08L1BA
Lock pin Adjustment nut (Loctite 271) Lock nutTorque to Nm (44 lbfin) 39 mm (1-1732 364 in)
Adjust bolts no16 of access panel arms as per following specifications:
