DISASSEMBLY
717 Engine NOTE: On 717 engine, the magneto system can be disassembled without removing the engine from the watercraft
Using suitable socket, unscrew retaining nut no6 COUNTERCLOCKWISE when facing itNOTE: If socket is found too large to be inserted in puller plate, machine or grind its outside diameter as necessaryMagneto Housing Cover
Remove screws no2 and wire support no17, then withdraw cover no1
Magneto Flywheel and Ring Gear
Magneto flywheel no4 is locked with puller plate (PN 420 876 080), sleeves (PN 290 847 220) and extension handle (PN 295 000 111)1
