From bilge, unscrew sponsons no6 using 10 mm deep socket with an extensionRemove sponsons no6Clean any residues of sealant adhesive on hullInstall gaskets no7 on new sponsons no6Apply 732 sealant (PN 293 800 006) or sealant adhesive (PN 293 800 033) around sponson studsApply Loctite 242 (blue) on sponson studsInstall sponsons no6 on hullFrom bilge, first insert flat washers no8 over sponson studs, then lock washers no9Secure with lock nuts no10Tighten to Nm (44 lbfin)NOTE: To ease flat washer and lock washer installation, use flexible 4-claw Snap-on pick-up tool
4Slide bumper rail no4 under front bumper no135Using 4.80 mm (316 in) drill bit, drill first hole through bumper rail no4 at front of bow sectionUse locating mark as guideThen install rivet no12-

When drilling, be careful not to damage bumper rail andor hull6Position bumper rail no4 properly onto body and cut excess length if necessary7Slide bumper rail no4 in corner bumper no148Using hole positions previously marked on body, drill holes in bumper rail no4 and install rivets no129Install trim no5 using soapy water10Repeat procedure for the other side
