Install O-ring no27 to coverApply Loctite 518 on O-ringMake sure spring and anti-knock pusher are in placePlace housing horizontally as in its operating position so that filler plug is located on topRemove filler plug from coverPour SEA-DOO JET PUMP SYNTHETIC OIL (PN 293 600 011) in reservoir until oil comes level with bottom of holeLet oil drain into housing and after few minutes add more oil until it is level with bottom of filler hole-
CAUTION
This is synthetic oilDo not mix with mineral based oilDo not mix oil brandsNOTE: When filling reservoir, oil must be poured into cover quite slowly to allow complete housing fill
