ASSEMBLY
21, Wear Ring
The wear ring features lip on one edge; position lip outwards of housingNOTE: To ease insertion into housing, apply BOMBARDIER LUBE lubricant (PN 293 600 016) onto outside circumference of wear ringTo install ring in housing, use square steel plate of approximately 180180 mmmm thick (7in14 in) and pressManually engage ring in housing making sure it is equally inserted all aroundPress ring until it seats into bottom of housing

AWear limit 8.0 mm (.315 in)
Pusher should be replaced if it is not within specificationBe sure to check end play after installing new pusher (if necessary)Inspect impeller shaft nose for wear1
