GTS, GTI and GTX Limited Detach ball joint of reverse cable and springs (GTS model) from reverse gateAll Models except GTS Disconnect steering cable from jet pump nozzleLoosen hexagonal nuts no6 and remove flat washers and lock washers from jet pump housingRemove jet pump with wiggle movementGTS Model Disconnect steering cable from jet pump nozzleRemove nozzleLoosen hexagonal nuts no6 and remove flat washers and lock washers from jet pump housingUsing screws previously removed from nozzle, install jet pump housing remover tool (PN 295 000 113) on venturi
DISASSEMBLY
NOTE: Whenever removing part, visually check for damage such as: corrosion, crack, split, break, porosity, cavitation, deformation, distortion, heating discoloration, wear pattern, missing plating, missing or broken needles in needle bearing, water damage diagnosed by black-colored spots on metal parts, etcRenew any damaged partAs quick check, manually feel clearance and end play, where applicable, to detect excessive wear
