CLEANING
Discard all oil seals, gaskets, O-rings and sealing ringsClean oil passages and make sure they are not cloggedClean all metal components in solventRemove old Loctite from crankcase mating surfaces with gasket remover (PN 295 000 110)-

Be careful not to spray cleaner on the painted surface of the engineNever use sharp object to scrape away old sealant as score marks incurred are detrimental to crankcase sealing
947 Engine Use press to remove counterweights no16 and bearings no15
INSPECTION
Assembled Engine
