Bottom End and Top End
Remove the carburetor(s) and gasket(s)Make sure the surface of the intake manifold (717 engine) or rotary valve cover (787 engine) are cleanInstall the intake plate(s) no3 with fasteners from the kit and tighten adequatelyOn engines with the RAVE system, remove the RAVE valves and gasketsInstall plates no4 with fasteners from the kit and tighten adequatelyNOTE: On engines with the RAVE system, the boot and O-ring can be checked for leakage with the valve in placeSimply remove the cover to expose the bootMake sure the spark plugs are installed and tightenBlock pulse hose using hose pincherNOTE: Do not block the rotary valve shaft hosesInstall pump to the exhaust plate fitting3 2
