Heat impeller center with propane torch to approximately 150C (300F) to break the Loctite bondInstall shaft holder in vice
Rotate impeller remover tool counterclockwise and unscrew completely impeller-
CAUTION
Never use any impact wrench to loosen impellerTo remove impeller, apply rotating movement and pull at same timeSlide impeller out of housingRemove tool from impeller
21, Wear Ring
Place impeller housing in vise with soft jawsIt is best to clamp housing using lower earCut wear ring at two placesNOTE: Wear ring can be cut using jigsaw, small grinder or low clearance hacksaw such as Snap-on HS3 or equivalent
