GTS, GTI and GTX Models Detach ball joint of reverse cable and springs (GTS model) from reverse gateAll Models Disconnect steering cable from jet pump nozzleLoosen hexagonal nuts no6 and remove flat washers and lock washers from jet pump housingRemove jet pump with wiggle movementNOTE: If jet pump can not be removed, the drive shaft may be seized in the impeller splinesRefer to PROPULSION SYSTEM 08-03 to remove drive shaft at the same timeA

CAUTION
When removing pump unit, shim could have been installed between hull and pump housingBe sure to reinstall it otherwise engine and jet pump alignment will be altered
