4Slide bumper rail under front bumper5Using 4.80 mm (316 in) drill bit, drill first hole through bumper rail at front of bow sectionUse locating mark as guideThen install rivetCAUTIONWhen drilling, be careful not to damage bumper rail andor hull6Position bumper rail properly onto body and cut excess length if necessary7Slide bumper rail in corner bumper8Using hole positions previously marked on body, drill holes in bumper rail and install rivets9Install trim using soapy water10.Repeat procedure for the other side-
Reinstall mufflerTighten hose clamps to Nm (35 lbfin)Reinstall air vent tube support (SPXP series)Reinstall seatClean hull and sponsons of any sealant adhesive surplusWARNINGRecommended torques and use of Loctite must be strictly followed
