22, Needle Bearing
NOTEIt is always recommended to renew both bearings, even if only one bearing needs to be replacedBearings can be easily removed with the following suggested driverUse 30 mm diax 345 mm (1-18 diax 13-12 in) long steel shaftMachine shaft as per the following drawingA B
CLEANING
Sealant can be removed with wire brush (disc) mounted on drill or scraperProperly clean all threadsRemove all O-rings and clean parts in solventCarefully check water passages (bailer pick-up, cooling system) and oil passagesBlow low pressure compressed air through them and make sure they are clear
