4,5, Armature Plate and Screw
Position the armature plate on the crankcase, aligning the marks on both partsApply drop of Loctite 242 (blue) on screw threads and torque to Nm (53 lbfin)
3,14,15, Magneto Flywheel, Woodruff Key and Nut
Apply Loctite 242 (blue) on crankshaft taperPosition Woodruff key and magneto flywheelApply Loctite 242 (blue) on nut threadsInstall nut with lock washer and torque to 145 Nm (107 lbfft)CAUTIONNever use any type of impact wrench at magneto installation-

Install gasket between magneto housing and engine crankcaseInstall magneto housing and torque screws to Nm (80 lbfin)
