19,21, Steering Stem Arm and Handlebar To remove handlebar assembly :
Disconnect wiring harnesses leading out of dashboard
Disconnect throttle caoie carburetor
Open tie-block on right side of bilge and remove throttle
C rap retaining thrott!e cable alongside bilge Unscrew nut retasnipg locking plate, then remove ochng plate and washers Unscrew screw of steering stem armP out iandiebar assembly
Tu install handlebar assembly :
insert throtfie cable through dashboard hole and sbde grommet on cabie
Fvuts and washers each side
nsert grommet in dashboard hole and puii 11from instde bitge
