NOTETo minimize time of oil systemrization the oil reservoir should be quite fuiiThe system must maintain pressure of 21 kPa (3 PSI! for at least 10 minutes Never pressurize over 21 kPa
OIL SYSTEM PRESSURIZATION
CAUTIONWhenever oil system colmponents are disconnected or replaced, pressure test must be done before starting engine andor releasing watercraft to customerEnsure to verify oil line ends for damage, Always cut damaged end before reinstallation
CAUTIONIf any leak is found, do not start the engine and wipe off any oil leakageFailure correct leak muid cause serious damage engine componentsRemove hose pinchers from inlet lines and return line
