6Run the engine about minutes at fast idle around 3500 RPM CAUTIONNever run engine longer than minutesDrive line seal has cooling when watercraft is out of water7Close the water tap then stop the engineCAUTIONAlways close the water tap before stopping the engineFollow this procedure exactly otlherwise severe engine damage could occur8Unlock and remove coupler hoseReinstall dust cap over fitting spigot9Wipe off any residual water on the engine10Reinstall seat and properly latch
