NOTEAn impact screwdriver can be used to loosen tight screws

Remove four retaining screws of grill then withdraw itRemove six retalining screws of ride shoe then withdraw itRide shoes screws

Remove four retaining screws and withdraw ventun Keep O-ring for future useMake the following tool to easily separate ride shoe from hull
CAUTIONPrying ride shoe is likely to be damageableUse special tool when ride shoe needs to be removed without damage- Use two steel angle bars 25 25 rnm (1 118 in) thick 225 mrn (9 in) long- kind of turnbucklie is needed to apply extension force between ride shoe and hullUse 25 mm (1 in) square tube by approximately 125 mm (5 in) long so that, with all parts welded, its overall length will1not exceed 190 mrn (7-112 in)- On one end, weld 10 (38 dianut in)Weld the head of 10 100 mrn (318 in) screw on top of one angle bar then screw in square tube- lnsert 10 15 mrn (318 12 in) screw through large and thick washer or suitable sleeve
