Using screws previously removed from nozzle, install1 pump remover on venturi
Use ball end mill for radiusThis section of the slot should be 38 mm (1-15132 in) deep
remove material

Rotate handle clockwise to remove jet pumpWithdraw pump unit and drive shaft together
CAUTION :When removing pump unit shim could have been installed between hull and pump housing be careful damage shimIf shim is not reinstalled engine and jet pump alignment will be altered
