CAUTIONOil injection system must be bled and adjustment checked before operating engineEnsure oil injection reservoir is sufficently filled Install dry rag below oil injection pump Remove bleed screw to allow oil to flow

CHECKING OPERATION
On Watercraft

NOTEMain oil line must be full of oilSee bleeding procedure above
Unscrew banjo fittings from pumpStart engine and stop it as soon as it firesMust be full of 011

Ensure that oil level in small oil lines is passed banjo fitting by about 25 (1 in1 (oil lines are clear tube, therefore the verification can be done easily)Repeat the procedure until this condition is attained Reconnect banjo fittings with washer on each side, start engine and run at idle whille holding the pump lever in fully open positionOil columns must advance into small oil tinesF001 003 171
