Section 04 COOLING SYSTEM Sub-Section 03 (FLUSHING AND CARE)
NOTEIf flush kit is not installed on watercraft, disconnect outllet hose at exhaust socketInsert garden hose nozzle into hose end for flushing Proceed as follows
1When servicing hull jet pump, always rotate watercralft counterclockwise (seen from the rear) Rotating watercraft clockwise could allow residual water in tuned pipe to enter the engine and cause damage
1 Remove seat to alllow access of cooling system2 Disconnect outlet hose at exhaust socket and insert garden hose nozzle into hose endDo not open water tap yet

3 Start the engine then immediately open the water ta CAUTIONAllways start the engine before opening the watelr tap, Otherwise, water will back flow through the tuned pipe into the engine and may cause darnage internal partsOpen water tap imt mediately after engine is started prevent overheatingFolllow this procedure exactly4 Run the engine about five minutes at fast idle around 3500 RPMCAUTIONNever run engine longer than five minutesDrive line seal has cooling when watercraft is out of water5 Close the water tap then stop the engine CAUTION :Always close the water tap before stopping the engineFollow this procedure exactly otherwise severe engine damage could occur6 Disconnect garden hose from outlet hose and connect hose to exhaust socket7 Wipe off any residual water on the engine,
