Crankshaft Alignment
A quick check can be made as follows-
Insert finger in each connecting rod
Lift crankshaft and apply rotation movement to crankshaft with fingers
Measulring MAG side deflection in crankcase
Remove crankshaft bearings and check deflection again on V-shaped blocks as illustrated
A twisted crankshaft will turn irregularly in an out of round motion
