21,22,23,24, Screw, Sleeve BushingNozzle
lnsert bushings in nozzle, positioning their flanges from inside of nozzleApply LPS #3 lubricant or equivalent on outer circumference of sleeve then insert in nylon bushings Install nozzle on venturi, positioning its steenng arm on RH sideApply Loctite 242 (blue) on threads and install screws then torque to 20 Nm (15 Ibfft) Re-installl steering cable ball joint on nozzle and check handlebar nozzle alignment allow impeller seats into wear ring, start engine so that impeller rotates for moment
Push windows over locking hooks
Slightly lubricating wear ring with SEA-DO0 LUBE293 600 006) before starting insures no friction during initial start
Using grease gun, carefully lubricate, with synthetic grease293 550 0101, at grease fitting until boot is just beginning to expand From this point, immediately stop Secure seal carrier protective hose hull insert with gear to clamps Lubricate at seal carrier grease fitting until grease is lust corning out on engine side From this point immediately stop
