Remove special tool brush and clean impeller shaft threads and impeller splines with Loctte Safety solvent 7'55293 800 0191 or equivalentFree threads and Allow solvent to dry thoroughly splnes from any resdueAlpply grease on faces of parts to prevent they shde and wedge nto shaft groove
Apply Loctte prlmer293 600 012) on rnpeller shaft threads Allow to dry for two minutes
CAUTIONBe careful not damage impeller shaft diameter
NOTELoctte prlmer IS used to reduce Loctile 271 time and lo activate stainless steel and lmlnum surfaces far better bonding1 actlon If appled, complete curing time is SIX hours, if not, 24 hours needed Apply Loctte271 red293 800 005) to shaft
To prevent seal 11p damage when lnsertlng impeller shaft, use rnpeller shaff guide 295 000 002)
