- Weld one spacer 13 mrn (112 in1 thick 25 rnm (1 in)
Bailer tubes
wide approximately 50 rnrnin1 long, each end of each bar on the same side of holes
Wrap protective tape airound each spacer to prevent scratching rear end of hull
SIDE VIEW
Coolant inllet hose
Wrap tape all around Weld here
Remove bail1 joint fasteners to release it from nozzle
21,22,23,24, Screw, Sleeve, BushingNozzle
Manually turn nozzle from side to side; it must pivot easily
Remove nuts retaining impeller housing to hull
NOTETo ease steering operation, inside of nylon bushngs can be sliqhtly enlarged with 13 mm
(112 in) round file (rait tail type1 Remove two retaining screws and withdraw nozzle Push sleeves and bushings out of nozzle
