INSTALLATION
Make sure that starter and engine mating surfaces are free of debris Serious trouble may arise if starter is not properly aligned Install starter applly Loctite 271 on screw threads and torque screws to 22 Nm (16 IbftllConnect the red battery cable to the starter and torque nut to Nm (62 lbfin Then connect black cable to starter WARNING :Always connect red positive cable first then black ground cable lastWhenever connecting the red positive cable the starter motor make sure tlhe battery cables are disconnected prevent electricshock
