CAUTIONWhen changing main jet always place O-ring on main jet before installationl, when main jet is removed from carburetorbodly the O-ring will remain in carburetor jetbore
Throttle Cable
If release pressure is not within specification, check controll lever adjustment Replace spring as necessary CAUTIONDo not stretch springLeak Test Needle valve must stand pressure of 21 kPaPSI) for 30 seconds Otherwise, hold carburetor upside down, pour oil over needle valve and apply pressureCheck for bubbles lf they come from seat gasket, bubbles will exit around seat Re-tighten as necessary CAUTIONMake sure engine is turned off before adjusting throttle cableLubricate cable with SEA-DO0 LUBEThrottle lever must reach handlebar grip without causing strain to cable or carburetor cable bracket
