Sub-Section 06' Section 03 ENGINE (ROTARY VALVERESERVOIR)
To install rotary valve shaft in crankcase, use Pusher (PIN 2901 876 605)
Apply Loctite 242 (blue)293 800 002) on screw threa'ds then torque to N.m (80 lbfinlNipple towards ignition housing
Push shaft uintils its stops on bearing seat

When the same crankcase is reassemblled, the first timing method is to be followed However since replacement crankcase does not have timing mark (ridge), the second method is required Take note that the second method is more accurate and may be used any time
