Assembly is essentially the reverse of disassemblly proceduresHowever pay particular attentionto the following
23,24,26, Pistonl, Piston PinRoller Bearing
At assembly, locate piston so that intake hole is on rotary valve sideCarefully cover crankcase apertures as for disassemblyInstallation of roller bearing and piston pin using proper service tool piston pin puller (PIN 290 877 0901, proceed as follows
- Replacement bearings are held in shape by llocating
sleeve outside and two plastic cage halves inside
Push the inner halves out of the bearing as per following illustration
Insert piston pin into piston until inward edgeof piston hub
comes flush with
- Warm piston approxrnately 50-60QC(122-14O0F) and install it over connecting rod- Insert extractor spindle into the piston pin, screw on
