CLEANING Wipe off any spilllage in bilge Clean with bilge cleanerDiscard all gaskets and 0-nngis Clean external parts of engine

Section 03 ENGINE (REMOVALinstallation )
Install cable corning from ignition housing, into electriical box cover Connect wires making sure to match wire colorsInstall compression grommet and capIt is strongly recommended to use flare nut wrench to properly tighten ca Firmly tighten cap To ensure water-tight mounting, pull cable, it must not slide through grommet Retighten as necessary Torque cover screws to Nm (18 lbfein)
INSTALLATION
Installation of engine in watercraft is essentially the reverse of removal procedures However pay particular attention to the folllowing

Check tightness and condlition of rubber mounts If they have been removed, apply Loctite 242 (blue) (PIN 293 800 01 5) on screw threads Torque screws to 25 Nmm (18 Ibfft)
