Section 03 ENGINE Sub-Sectilon 02 (REMOVALINSTALLATION)
Engine can be easily llifted using the following suggested tool
- Cut porcelain from two old spark plugs
- Weld lock washer awroximately mm diameter 20
on each spark plug asshown

CAUTIONBe careful not scratch body with engine support or hit fuel purnpjfilter nor any
component
Remove spark plugs and repllace by special tools
15,16, ShimRubber Mount
Hook sling into holes of special tools then using chain block, hoist or other suitable equipment, slowly lift engine ly Lift it until rotary valveline is reachable Install hose pincer on hose then disconnect
Do not remove engine rubber mounts needlesslyThey sit on shims which control engineljet pump alignmentAlignment has been set at factory and can not be performed in workshopAlways remove rubber mounts one at time and re-install each shim to its original location-
