CAUTIONMake sure thrust washer and bearing have not slipped in shaft grooveT ease impeller installation, apply liquid soap on wear ringManually rotate impeller Insert impeller into wear ringand push so that it slides on impelller threadsCarefully engage threads making sure they are well alignedInstall impeller remover (PIN 295 000 001) into impeller splines and tightenCAUTIONMake sure thrust washer and bearing are not wedged in shaft grooveTo checkmanually pull and push impeller housing, an axial play must be felt, Torque impeller to 44 Nm (32IbMK then remove toolCAUTION: Never use any impact wrench tiglhten impellerApply Loctite 515 (PIN 293 8001 0071 then install new 0-Ring on housing cover then carefully insert in impeller housing cover making sure to properly position plugs to top side
