10,29, ScrewBattery Charging Coil
Prior to assembly, apply Loctite 242 (blue, medium strength)
Use magneto coil centering tool 290 876 922) and install it so that it fits around armature plate before tightenling screws
ASSEMBLY
NOTEAlways apply dielectric grease on all electncal connections
22,26,ScrewArmature Plate
Position the armature plate on the crankcase, aligning the marks on both parts Put drop of Loctite 242 on screw threads and tighten
12, Ignition coil
When connecting wires to ignition coil, connect BLACK wire withsymbol underneath coil and WHITEBLUE wire with- "symbol
