Section 06 OIL SYSTEM1 Sub-Section 01 (REPAIRADJUSTMENT)
Engine idle
If not remove pump assembly and check the pump gear and drive shaft (if applicable) for deflects, replace as necessaryTest pump as describes below
NOTEThrough normal use, oil level must not drop in small tubesIf oil drops, verify check valve operation in banjo fittingsReplace as necessary
Bench Test
Connect hose filled with injection oil to main line fitting Insert other hose end in an injection oil container Using counter-clockwise (reverse position! rotating drill rotate pump shaft Oil must drip from outer holes while holding lever in fully open positionIf not replace pumpMain oil line to an oil container
