Section 03 ENGINE Sub-section 02 (REMOVALINSTALLATION)
Carry on engine lifting until engine support reaches body aperture then lean engine so that it can completely leave watercraft
CLEANING
Wipe off any spillage in bilge Clean with bilge cleaner Discard all gaskets and O-rings Clean external parts of engine
INSTALLATION
Installation of engine in watelrcraft is essentially the reverse of removal procedures However pay particular attention to the following
16,18, Rubber MountScrew
Check tightness and condition of rubber mountsIf they have been removed, apply Loctite 242 (blue) 293 800 0021 on screw threads Torque screws to 25 Nom (18 Ibfmft)
