PROPULSION Stator Disassembly
1Remove tail cone screws (3) and tail coneInspect Oring seal located behind tail coneReplace seal if damage is evidentNOTE: When removing tail cone, hold stator with cone pointed downTwist cone offThis will allow any water from entering the impeller assemblyIt is normal for small amount of water to be inside the cone during operation

2Mount stub shaft flat surfaces in vise to prevent the impeller and stator from rotating3Install impeller removal tool and turn counterclockwise to removeThe impeller removal tool can be identified by (3) knurled sections on the shaftImpeller Tool Diameter: .852 (21.65mm) Impeller Removal Tool has knurled sections
