PROPULSION Pump Removal
1Remove lanyard cordProceed with disconnecting the battery by removing negative() cable2Disconnect reverse and steering linkage from nozzlesDiscard cotter pin and nylock nuts3Using crisscross pattern, remove the four (4) pump mounting bolts4With the mounting bolts removed, each component can be removed from the assemblyThese components are: Steering nozzle wreverse gate

Stator assembly wimpellerExtension housing
Pump Assembly
Pump assembly is the reversal of disassemblyPolaris recommends applying dielectric grease to all nozzleto-nozzle mating surfaces to prevent corrosionFollow torque specifications listed on pages 5.5 and 5.6NOTE: Always install new Nylock nuts and cotter pins
