FUELEXHAUST SYSTEMS Choke Cable Adjustment
1On models with inline adjusters, turn the adjuster in (clockwise) to increase the amount of choke lever freeplayTurn the adjuster out (counterclockwise) to decrease the amount of choke lever freeplay2Tighten nuts securely and re-check lever free playTurn bars from full left to full right through entire range of motion and verify that at least the minimum lever play is present in all handlebar positionsBe sure cable is routed properly through the handlebar pad and down the steering postKeihin Carburetor Throttle Lever Freeplay .020.060 (.51.5 mm) 1Loosen nuts and adjust throttle cable until lever freeplay is within specified range2Tighten nuts securely and recheck adjustmentChoke Off
