MAINTENANCE Idle SpeedDIt Models
The idle speed on DIt models is not adjustableIf the idle speed, while watercraft is in the water, is outside the above specifications, disconnect the TPSA dramatic change in idle speed when the TPS is disconnected requires replacement of the TPS
Air Intake
1Remove nuts and washers, and remove each air intakeCover carburetor with clean shop towel to prevent foreign material from entering2Clean element with high flash point solvent, followed by hot soapy water3Rinse in clear water and dry thoroughly using low pressure airWARNING
Wear safety glasses when using compressed air to avoid injury to eyes4Reinstall air intakes and tighten clamps securely
