ENGINE DISASSEMBLYASSEMBLY Timing Chain Installation
11Rotate the camshaft until one of the holes in the PTOend points to the floor12Install the Camshaft Alignment Tool, PNPW47077, into the hole, press against the rocker arm towersNOTE: The Camshaft Alignment Tool will lock the camshaft into the correct timing position in relation to the crankshaft and balance shaft
13Wrap chain around camshaft sprocket and secure links with new pins and plate assemblyNOTE: Do not use the chain crimper to assemble chain links at this time14Rotate the engine 180_(Cylinder Head Up) 15Carefully rotate the crankshaft until the timing marks on the gears are pointing at each otherThe valve train should resemble the illustration below
