27Apply light film of grease to the crankshaft sealInstall the seal around the flangeEvenly press seal into crankcaseCAUTION!: Use extreme care when installing sealDo not fold seal lips over when pressing around flange28Rotate the engine 180_ so the pistons face upwards
29Clean the cylinder head mating surface free from oil and foreign materialInstall new cylinder head gasket with the part numbers and markings facing up and the larger coolant slots located on the exhaustside of the engineNOTE: Always use new cylinder head gasket, regardless of original condition
