To enter the Timing Verification Program, type4 on the FFI Diagnostics menuPress ESC to exit the Timing Verification ProcedureThe timing verification screen, displayed to the right, will allow the user to verify proper engine timingIn order to perform the test correctly, engine RPM must be between 700 and 1500 RPM, and in forward modeTiming variance is 2, due to the fact that optical port on the stator housing is obstructed from viewThe use of mirror is recommended when physically checking the operating timingNOTE: Timing is locked to 20 BTDC while running the timing verification testIf the engine dies, runs rough, or the same as before, check the stator andor flywheel for missing teeth or sheared flywheel key
