13Remove accelerator pump components including spring, diaphragm, dust boot, and O-ringCheck guide bushing in pump body and replace front carburetor jet block assembly if wornThe bushing is not replaceable
14Remove fuel pump body screws and carefully lift assembly from carburetor15Remove gasket, diaphragm, and OringExamine each for cracking, holes, distortion and fatigueReplace if required16Inspect the check valves in the fuel pump bodyThe valves cannot be disassembled and must be replaced as an assembly
