5Remove four (4) mounting boltsPump removal is easier if an assistant pushes the driveshaft out of the engine coupler (inside hull) while the pump is removedNote interlocking tabsThey must be correctly aligned during reassemblyRemove pump and shaft as an assembly7
NOTE: The bearing housing (near engine coupler) should be inspected when pumpdriveshaft is removedOn models with extended pump, remove pump extension
