Engine Removal

1 Turn off fuel valve if applicable2Remove seatApply masking tape or duct tape around seat opening to protect hull from scratches during engine lifting procedures
3Loosen bolts and remove air intake silencer assembly4Remove spark plug high tension leads from spark plugs5Remove straps securing exhaust water box6Disconnect stator wires from connector, and remove temperature sender wire from terminal boardMove electrical box out of the way to complete battery ground (-) cable removalOn Genesis FFl remove wires from EMM and electrical boxlM ,
