ENGINECOOLING Oil PumpFuji Oil Pump Bleeding
The oil pump must be bled following any repair service to the injection system which might allow loss of oil and subsequent trapped air upon reassemblyIMPORTANT: Always pre-mix the first tank of fuel used after oil pump or engine service to ensure proper lubrication of the engine
3Fill oil reservoir with Polaris injector oil4 Loosen hex head screw at top of oil pump5After short period of time oil should begin to flow from beneath the screw headBe sure that steady flow of oil is evident to remove all air before tightening the screw6Tighten screw
