Submerged Engine (Hydrolocked)

If the engine becomes water-flooded, follow these procedures immediatelyIf water is left in the engine it will cause severe engine damage Remove watercraft from waterRemove lock plate from engine stop switchPut watercraft onto flat surface protected by mat or cardboardleaving room to roll itRemove drain plug to empty water out of bilge, and remove seatRemove the High Tension Leads (spark plug wires) and connect them securely to ground with jumper wireRemove spark plugs and tip watercraft counterclockwise (to port side) until spark plug holes are just below horizontal
