12Remove steering cover (handlebar pad) by loosening the (4) screws located on underside of padSpread bottom of cover apart and lift it up and rearwardNote throttle cable and switch wire routing for reassembly
3If handlebar is to be replaced, remove screws on throttle block and remove blockIf post is not being replaced disconnect cable from throttle leverRemove cable from throttle block by loosening jam nut and unscrewing adjuster4Remove the stop switch and set it aside
