ENGINECOOLING AssemblyPro 785 28 Install stator plate and wire harness weatherproof grommet and retainerApply Bond 1215 to grommetUse reference mark that was applied during removal to ensure proper ignition timingIf new stator is installed align mark on plate with crankcase parting lineApply LoctiteTM 242 (Blue) to stator screws and grommet retainer screws
29 Install starter drive and thrust washersInstall inner magneto cover and torque the 8mm bolts to 14 ftIbs(1.93 kg-m) and the 6mm bolt to 78 inIbs(.9 kg-m)
