Wipe reed cage and reed valve cleanReassemble reed, reed stop and screws to cage and tightenNOTE: If gap of greater than .015" (.4 mm) exists, replace the reed valveClean and dry components for reassemblyApply Loctite 242 to reed stop screws for reassembly to engineSee installation of reed cage and intake manifoldpage 3.79
