FUEL SYSTEMCARBURETION Carburetor AssemblyKeihin 4Install jet block and tighten screw securelyGrease high and low speed mixture screw O-ringsInstall O-rings, washer, spring, and screw(s)Turn screw in until lightly seated and then back it out the number of turns recorded during disassemblyIf number was not recorded, turn out to the specified base setting found in beginning of this chapterInstall limiter cap(s) with tab positioned midway between the stops Manually synchronize carburetorsLook down each carb bore and verify throttle plates are just below first bypass hole (not on or above)Adjust accordingly with idle stop screw
